Austin Municipal Court Divorce Records

Divorce records related to the City of Austin are created in the Travis County District Court. The county's District Clerk, as the court's official custodian, maintains these records.

The District Clerk's Office provides several channels for record searches and copy requests that the public can use to obtain or inspect divorce-related case records.
